6. Third-Party Services We Use
Contact Form 7
Our website uses Contact Form 7, a WordPress plugin, to process the information you submit via our enquiry form. The data you enter is transmitted to our website server and stored within our WordPress installation.
Flamingo
We use Flamingo, a WordPress plugin developed by the same author as Contact Form 7, to log and store form submissions within our WordPress dashboard. This means that when you submit an enquiry, a record of that submission is stored securely within our website. This data is accessible only to authorised administrators of the website and is not shared with any external party.
Google reCAPTCHA
Our enquiry form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which helps us prevent spam and automated abuse. reCAPTCHA works by collecting hardware and software information from your device and browser and sending this data to Google for analysis. The use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
7. Cookies
Our website may use cookies to ensure it functions correctly. Google reCAPTCHA also sets cookies as part of its spam-prevention process. These are technical cookies necessary for the operation of the site and form, and do not track your browsing behaviour for advertising purposes.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our contact form.
8. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- The right to access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- The right to rectification — you may ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete data
- The right to erasure — you may ask us to delete your personal data, subject to any legal obligations we have to retain it
- The right to restrict processing — you may ask us to limit how we use your data in certain circumstances
- The right to object — you may object to our processing of your data where we rely on legitimate interests as our legal basis
- The right to data portability — you may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at hello@moveandmore.co.uk. We will respond to all requests within one calendar month.
9. How to Complain
If you have concerns about how we handle your personal data, please contact us in the first instance and we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.
If you remain dissatisfied, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK’s data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. Any updates will be published on this page with a revised date at the top. We encourage you to check back periodically.
